Jessica from Jessi Christine- Keep Calm and Clean YouTube channel is sharing nine great fabric softener uses to make your home look and smell divine. Let’s dive in!

1. To freshen up your pillows or linens and make them smell like fresh laundry, mix a bit less than a cap fabric softener and ¾ bottle of water in a spray bottle.

2. Fill a plastic container with water halfway, add a cap of fabric softener, and throw in a sponge. Store it in the container, and once you’re doing laundry, squeeze the water out of it and throw it in the dryer with your clothes for a great smell. Afterward, you can return it to the container and reuse it. Jessica recommends not storing it in the container for longer than two weeks.

3. One of the less obvious uses for fabric softener is unsticking burnt food from pots. Let it soak in the pot, then rinse it out, and the burnt food will just fall out.

4. Mop your hardwood floors with water and fabric softener for a nice smell and a fresh feel.

5. Use the same spray as in the first hack for dusting! Just spray a little on the cloth. It even repels dust, too!

6. Fabric softener can be used to remove buildup and residue from hairspray and hair products. You can wipe the furniture with the same exact spray.

7. Spray a bit on your hair to help tame the frizz and avoid static electricity.

8. If you have some deodorant on your shirt, remove it with a dryer sheet and some fabric softener.

9. Put a little fabric softener into your carpet shampooing machine to soften up and refresh your carpets.
