1. Vintage Board Games

3. Kitchen Gadgets

Did you know that some old kitchen gadgets are highly sought after? Think about that avocado green blender or 70s-style fondue set collecting dust in your cupboard. These retro gadgets can bring in a lot of dough, so don't be too quick to toss them out.

4. Old Electronics

Obsolete electronics like VCRs, Walkmans, or early generation gaming consoles can be worth a fortune to collectors. Even if they're not in perfect working order, people love to collect and restore vintage electronics. Dust off those old gadgets and prepare for a bidding war.

5. Vinyl Records

Vinyl has made a huge comeback in recent years. If you've got a collection of old LPs, you might be sitting on a goldmine. Records from popular artists or limited pressings are especially valuable, so do some research before you price your collection.

I agree with Dixie, but, I am going to have a huge garage sale and THEN what is left gets donated. Prices range from 10 cents to $350 for an antique dining room set. Clothes are $4 for everyday wear up to $200 for designer ones.

BUT, don.t forget all the work to put the sale together. LOTS AND LOTS OF TIME. And, if the weather person got the forecast wrong and it rains, you are screwed.

Put an alternate rain date in your ad and then cross your fingers. 🙂
