Hi friends, I am here with another portion of budget family meal ideas. If you want to keep your family happy and full without spending too much time and money, I got you.

Here are four amazing family meal ideas on a budget that your family will enjoy.

Bacon cheeseburger subs

1. Cook up a package of bacon on a grill or on your stove top, then transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

2. Cook up a pound of ground beef, seasoning with Mr. Steak super blend seasoning, or alternatively just salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, and some Worcestershire sauce.

3. Lay four slices of American cheese over the top. Stir it around and continue cooking until the cheese melts all the way through, which should take about a minute, and then transfer to a bowl.

Not only will the cheese add extra flavor, but it will keep the ground meat together to make it easier to put on a bun.

4. Butter and toast up some sub buns. Butter up your griddle and lay down the sub rolls open face style. Cook on a lower temperature for around two minutes or less.

5. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and condiments, and let your family members build up their own subs. I also served some frozen French fries we love.

Green bean casserole and turkey roll ups

1. Drain three cans of green beans and dump them in the bottom of your crock pot.

2. In a bowl, mix two cans of cream of celery, half a cup of milk, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, some black pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Use a whisk to get it all nice and smooth.

3. Pour the mixture over the green beans and carefully fold it all together with a soft spatula, so that nothing gets mushed.

4. Put the lid on and cook on low for four hours.

5. Once the end of the cook time is close, get started on the main course. If you have homemade dressing, use that, and if not, make some boxed dressing on a stovetop.

Put the dressing onto deli turkey slices, roll them up and lay them out in an oven-safe dish.

6. Pour a jar of turkey gravy on top, cover with tin foil, and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

7. To finish up the casserole, add a cup of crispy fried onions and mix them in. Then add another ¾ cup of those on top.

8. I recommend topping the casserole and the roll ups with some extra black pepper and serving with mashed potatoes.

Chicken wing boil

1. Fill a large pot halfway up with water. Once it starts coming up to a low boil, add in about a half a stick of butter.

2. Season with half a cup of some Old Bay seasoning or seafood boil seasoning, and 1/3 cup of lemon pepper. It may seem like a lot but remember that it is diluted with water. Mix that together well.

3. Dump in a bag of washed small red potatoes and six ears of corn, fresh or frozen.

4. Add in some cut up sausages. The pieces should be rather large.

5. Wait for it to start boiling, then cook for 20 minutes.

6. While your pot is on the stove, move on to the chicken wings. Separate the flats from the drums, and pat them very dry with a paper towel, so the skins can get nice and crispy.

Drizzle with oil and season well with Cajun seasoning, onion and garlic powder, and paprika.

7. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 400 F for ten minutes. Flip them over with silicone tongs, then cook for eight more minutes.

8. With a small strainer, dip the potatoes, sausages and corn out of the liquid and dump on a large dish. Cut a lemon into quarters and place those in the corners of the dish.

9. For the butter sauce, melt a stick of butter with a big spoonful of minced garlic, some Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and some hot sauce.

10. Once the chicken wings are ready, place them on the dish in a way that looks nice and drizzle the butter sauce over it, having given it a good stir beforehand.

Sweet and sour pork chops and garlic parmesan rice

1. In a saute program of an instant pot, melt down three tablespoons of butter with a few chopped fresh cloves of garlic, then turn the instant pot off.

2. Add in 1 1/3 cup of uncooked rinsed white long grain rice and toss it around in that garlic butter. Add in two cups of chicken broth, dried parsley.

3. Put the lid on, get the valve set to sealing, and let it cook for six minutes.

4. Do a quick release, let all that steam out, and as soon as the pan drops, open the lid and add some parmesan cheese, then stir.

5. Season your pork chops with seasoned salt and black pepper. Do not go heavy on the salt since the sauce will be salty, too.

6. Heat up some olive oil on a big skillet and cook the pork chops for a few minutes on each side for a golden brown color. Then remove to a separate plate.

7. Deglaze the pan with half a cup of water, 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup of brown sugar, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. So all of that is going to deglaze the pan. Give it a good stir to get all that brown sugar broken up.

8. Mix a tablespoon of cornstarch to two tablespoons of cold water. Mix that well and add it into your mixture as soon as it is simmering. It is going to instantly start to thicken and become an amazing flavorful glaze.

9. Add the pork chops and the juices in the plate back into the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. I love to put some of that glaze over the rice, too.

10. Serve with some sort of steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.
