3 Quick and Easy Sheet Pan Meals

I love sheet pan meals because you just have to dirty up one pan, and because they are probably the simplest and fastest way to cook a tasty and nutritious meal for your family.

You do not even have to stir it – just throw it in the oven and forget it! I have just realized I have never shared sheet pan meal recipes with you before, so here I am today to fix this.

Here are three easy sheet pan meals that will be enjoyed by your entire family. Let’s get started!

Sheet pan stir fry

1. Sheet pan stir fry

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken
  • Baby corn (fresh or canned)
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

1. Wash and chop up all the veggies, and throw them all into a bowl.

2. Cut up your chicken and add to the veggies.

3. For the sauce, add the soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, ground ginger and minced garlic. You do not need to add any salt or pepper, since the soy sauce is salty already. Shake it super well to mix everything together and coat the veggies and the chicken in the sauce.

5. Pour it all out on a sheet and distribute evenly.

6. Cook at 400 F for about 35-40 minutes, checking in and giving it a stir every 15 minutes to make sure nothing sticks and it all gets cooked evenly.

7. In the meantime, prepare some rice to go with it.

It came out looking so colorful and smelling amazing, and it was really a wonderful meal for the entire family.

Smoked sausage sheet pan

2. Smoked sausage sheet pan

Ingredients:

  • Turkey smoked sausage
  • 7 potatoes
  • Fine green beans
  • Italian dressing mix
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.

2. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Put them in a bowl.

3. To the potatoes, add some olive oil, some salt and half the Italian dressing mix. Mix well and dump into the sheet pan.

4. Add the green beans into the same bowl you used for the potatoes, coat them with oil and season it up the same way, using the rest of the Italian dressing mix and salt. Make sure they are completely coated, then transfer them to the sheet pan, too.

5. Lay out the turkey sausage on top of the potatoes and beans. Drizzle some oil over it.

6. Cook at 375 F for about 45 minutes.

This came out super delicious and even made two plates worth of leftovers. I am so happy with this meal!
