How I Do My Super Easy Sheet Pan Meal Prep

Weekdays can get pretty hectic, and sometimes we just do not have the time to make a proper fresh homemade meal from scratch. This is why I love meal prepping so much, and do it every Sunday for the rest of the week.

Today, I want to share with you my sheet pan meal plan process, which is in my opinion the best way to make it easier for ourselves to put hot lunches and dinners on the table throughout the week. Let’s get started!

Meal prepping

I have a ritual I do every Sunday, where I prepare some items for the week, and this is what I am sharing with you today.

I always make sure to use as many fresh vegetables and good healthy options as possible instead of using things that are fried, pre-packaged or otherwise less beneficial for our bodies.

This meal prep gives us something easy and quick to grab out of the fridge, which eliminates the temptation to run through the drive-through or eat yucky food.

One of the easiest ways that I like to meal prep is making a sheet pan meal. It is so customizable and versatile that you will never get tired of it, no matter how many times in a row you make it.

Most Sundays I get that packaged up for my meal prep to start the week and then just fill in with leftovers from dinners for the rest of the week.

Meal prepping

I normally start with some type of a protein and then add some type of vegetables, honestly whatever I have on hand.

This is such a great and easy way to use things up.

For this week's easy sheet pan meal prep, I am going to be using steak bites, as well as some carrots I have left over, part of a chopped onion, some broccoli and cauliflower left over from a veggie tray that needs using up, and finally some baby gold potatoes just to bulk up the meal.

Now all I need to do is put this on a sheet pan, season, and bake. It is that simple!

Meal prepping

Just from that one sheet pan meal, I got four wonderful meals that we can just grab in the morning, throw in our lunchbox, and have a healthy meal for lunch that day.

This really helps break up the monotony of sandwiches and salads and other things we tend to pack in a lunchbox, which can really become boring at some point.

The meal prep sheet pans allow me to switch it up every week and keep my family and myself full and satisfied.

I hope that I have inspired you to try integrating something new into your meal planning routine, and that you will try meal prepping using sheet pan meals, too.
