Easy And Delicious Chicken Recipes That The Whole Family Will Love

If you’re looking for some easy chicken recipes, you’ve come to the right place.

Often, I find myself trying to figure out what to do with the chicken I have in the fridge or freezer. It’s a great base for a meal, but I’m never quite sure how I want to prepare it.

Here are some of my go-to cheap chicken recipes that are super convenient and simple to make.

Caesar chicken

1. Caesar chicken

For this dish, in addition to chicken breast, you will need some parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, Caesar dressing, and some salt and pepper.

Spread the panko breadcrumbs on a plate and sprinkle some salt and pepper over them.

Then add ½ cup of shredded parmesan and mix everything up.

Put the Caesar dressing in a bowl. Dip the chicken breast in the Caesar dressing and then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture.

Make sure each piece is covered in a coat of dressing and a coat of breadcrumbs. You can fry these if you want, but I decided to cook mine in the oven.

I cooked it at 350 for 35-45 minutes, flipping it halfway through.

I served this meal with a package of ready-made 3-cheese potato casserole that I found on sale.

I also found a bag of frozen veggies on clearance. I sauteed them in some olive oil with some salt, pepper, and Dan-O seasoning.

I also added some cheese as per my kids’ request.

Cheddar ranch chicken

2. Cheddar ranch chicken

For this recipe, you will need some chicken. I’m using chicken breast. You’ll need some sharp cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle your chicken with salt and pepper.

Pour some ranch dressing over the chicken until it’s fully coated. Put it in an oven-friendly pan and sprinkle some sharp cheddar cheese on top. Pop it in a 375-degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

I ended up adding some bacon bits over the top and it gave it some extra flavor. I served this dish with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Ritz cracker chicken

3. Ritz cracker chicken

This recipe calls for chicken. Again, I’m using chicken breast. You will also need two sleeves of Ritz crackers, a stick of butter, 2 eggs, olive oil, and some milk.

Put some olive oil in your skillet or pan and put it in the 375-degree oven to preheat the oven and the oil.

Crack your eggs into a bowl and add some milk. Beat it all together. Then crush up your crackers. I just put my crackers in a dish and crushed them with my hands.

Then I sprinkled some garlic powder, salt, and pepper into my cracker mixture.

Dip the chicken in the egg and milk mixture and then in the cracker mixture, coating it fully with each.

Now lay your breaded chicken in the preheated pan of oil. Put some chunks of butter on top of each piece of chicken.

Then bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. I served mine with some salad and cheesy baked potatoes.

Brown sugar garlic chicken

4. Brown sugar garlic chicken

I saved the best one for last. All you’ll need besides your chicken is some brown sugar, minced garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.

Again, I’ll be using chicken breast, but you can use whichever cut of chicken you prefer.

Making brown sugar garlic chicken

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While it’s warming, put some olive oil in a pan on the stove. Put in your minced garlic and sauté it. Add 4 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar and mix it over the heat with the garlic.

Lay your chicken in the pan and sprinkle it with some salt and pepper. Do this to both sides.

Now stick that in the oven for about 20 minutes.

When it was done, I sprinkled some parsley on top to make it look nice and add a little extra flavor. I served this with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
