There are simple pleasures that tap into the beauty of nature and activities that enrich my life. It seems like the options are endless and accessible to everyone. Simple pleasures are the last healthy refuge in a complex world.

I love putting on some music and baking a delicious treat. For me, baking is a calming meditation of measuring and stirring after which I get to enjoy my sweet treat with a cup of tea on the patio.
