Dollar Tree is often thought of as a low-cost retailer where you can find great buys on lower-end products. But, that doesn’t always have to be the case.

In fact, Kathryn from Do It On a Dime, shows us the high-end Dollar Tree hacks you should know about right away in order to make the most out of your recent purchases and your budget.

One of the first Dollar Tree fakes Kathryn is now known for is buying the fabric bins with clear lids they sell there and transferring iron-on decals from Etsy directly onto them. This helps for organization purposes, but it also adds quite a bit of extra style to them as well.

She also suggests buying garden fences at Dollar Tree and sprucing them up with a little paint and a wreath to create your own DIY Dollar Tree high-end decor item for any outdoor space.

And while you’re at it, Kathryn says to grab some of the horse-themed corn cob squirrel feeders as well as the planters and macrame plant hangers to jazz up your patio or deck.

Next up, Kathryn points out the giant Dollar Tree home decor signs they keep in stock, the large textured planters, and the outdoor games and toys they sell for the entire family.

You can also purchase any of the wooden crates and sticks they sell to make a high-end Dollar Tree DIY home decor piece that also stores your tea bags.

All you have to do is paint or stain them, glue them together, and add labels with your Cricut. It can’t get any easier or more affordable than that.
